Normally, we meet on the Thursday prior to the tournament date at 7 pm.  Generally for two day tournaments, however, we meet early to allow members to go early.  Our meeting site is Dick's Sporting Goods in the Orange Park Mall.  We meet on the Terrace or Mall side of the store.  Our 2011-2012 meeting schedule is as follows:
